About Us
Our Story
We are the longest running gymnastics club in the Wenatchee area. What once began as Rebounders Gymnastics Academy eventually became Apple Valley Gymnastics, and operated under that name for 20 years. This club has deep roots in our community and has served many generations of recreational and competitive gymnasts. We are a resilient club with a bright future.
Current owner, Franci Fry, has dedicated over 15 years of her life to coaching and building the club’s programs. Franci and her husband Tony will continue to make upgrades in order to evolve and to better serve our valley. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We are enthusiastic for this new chapter as Apple Capital Gymnastics.
Our Philosophy
At Apple Capital Gymnastics, we believe all children can benefit from participating in gymnastics, including gaining physical, mental, emotional and social interaction skills. Many children who participate in the activity of gymnastics grow up loving the way they feel about themselves as a result of their experience. Our goal and approach throughout the different programs at the gym is to provide a positive, safe, and fun environment for kids to realize these benefits.
Our Coaches
Our staff receive rigorous training through USAG University, are First Aid and CPR certified, and SafeSport trained. Safety comes first, but fun is the name of the game! Our coaches will go above and beyond to ensure your gymnast leaves with a smile.
