Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Recreational classes are available for girls age 5 to 18, offering a fun and engaging way to build strength and develop skills. These classes help students progress in various aspects of gymnastics, providing a solid foundation while fostering confidence, coordination, and fitness in a supportive environment.
Preschool Classes
Our co-ed preschool classes are offered for children aged 18-months to 5-years, focusing on fundamental gymnastics skills and fostering the ability to engage in structured activities. Conducted in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment, these classes aim to enhance physical development, coordination, and social interaction among young learners.
Competition Team
The Apple Capital Gymnastics teams train and compete within the USA Gymnastics Development and XCEL programs. Competitive gymnastics is a specialized sport that demands many hours of work and dedication. Our team programs are designed for girls who are passionate about the sport and are ready to take their training to the next level.
Birthday Parties
Our gym can be rented for birthday parties, team sport parties and other group events!

Indoor Park
We frequently offer opportunities for indoor play. Check our events calendar for times.
Indoor Park for ages 0-7 years – Every Monday and Saturday morning throughout the school year.
Open Gym special events for ages 5-16 years – Check our calendar and social media for special holiday events.

Christmas came early this year!
Thanks to the girls fundraising we were able to get some new mats and we’re so excited to put them to use!
It’s never easy when an athlete moves away and it’s even harder when it’s someone like Charlotte. We’re going to miss all of her great gymnastics, willingness to commit to a theme, and friendship here at ACG. Congratulations @kurt_thomas_gymnastics , you’re getting a good one! Good luck in Texas Char and family!
